The Westchester Children’s Chorus (WCChorus) has grown from a small group of 10 singers to a thriving program of over 150 young vocalists from 37 schools across 16 districts. Our program includes five auditioned ensembles for students in grades 1–12.
Founded in 2005, and now with two locations in Larchmont and Yorktown Heights, WCChorus provides high-quality, accessible choral education, ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to develop their voice, build confidence, and experience the joy of singing.
Led by a team of dedicated local educators and professional musicians, our program fosters a supportive and inspiring environment where young singers can grow musically and artistically while becoming part of a vibrant, welcoming community.
The Westchester Children’s Chorus programs are made possible, in part, by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and by the Arts Westchester matching fund.
